We are looking for a Reception/Administration Assistant to join the team based in Otahuhu. You will be joining a nationwide business with 9 branches throughout NZ and also branches overseas. The opportunities for growth and development within the company are unlimited.

You will receive:
* 40 hours per week – Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
* Ongoing training

As the Reception/Administration Assistant you will be responsible for answering a busy switch board, assisting office staff, customer service, basically an office all-rounder.

To be successful in this role you will:
* Have a great work attitude
* Intermediate – Advance computer skills
* Excellent numerously and literacy
* High standard of presentation
